For any user who registers and completes onboarding with Gate.HK, if the user makes any deposit to Gate.HK during the time period reaching the USD-equivalent account value of $100 USD, the user will be eligible for:

Terms and Conditions:
1. Gate Digital Limited ("Gate.HK") is a virtual asset trading platform operator incorporated in Hong Kong. It is operating under the transitional arrangements under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615) of the Law of Hong Kong. Gate.HK will be applying for licences with the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong.
2. Users who have already opened an account at Gate.HK prior to November 1st, 2023 are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
3. Only individuals who sign up on or before December 31st, 2023 will be eligible for this promotion.
4. Users are required to pass the account opening procedures of Gate.HK (including the acceptance of the User Agreement and Privacy Policy of Gate.HK) in order to participate in this promotion.
5. If we, Gate.HK, solicit the sale of or recommend any financial product or virtual assets to you, the financial product must be reasonably suitable for you having regard to your financial situation, investment experience, and investment objectives. No other provision of our User Agreement, terms of promotional material, or other document we may ask you to sign and no statement we may ask you to make derogates from this clause.
6. Gate.HK reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, change, or cancel this promotion at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
