Gate Community Rewards

To express our appreciation for the support and loyalty of our Gate community users, we have launched the following Gate Community Rewards promotion.

Duration: 1st November 2023 - 1st Feburary 2024 GMT+8

For any user who registers and completes onboarding with Gate.HK, if the user makes a direct deposit to Gate.HK from Gate.io during the time period, the user will be eligible for loyalty VIP tiers as follows for a 90-day period from the day the user reaches the USD-equivalent account value of deposits:

• $100 USD or more  - VIP 1 (0.15% / 0.20%)
• $1,000 USD or more - VIP 3 (0.139% / 0.185%)
• $10,000 USD or more -  VIP 5 (0.116% / 0.155%)
• $100,000 USD or more  -  VIP 8 (0.094% / 0.125%)
• $1,000,000 USD or more  - VIP 11 (0% / 0.045%)

Users depositing more than $1,000 USD will be eligible for Gate.HK swags too (please ensure you provide your physical delivery address in your account).

Terms and Conditions:

1. Gate Digital Limited (“Gate.HK”) is a virtual asset trading platform operator incorporated in Hong Kong. It is operating under the transitional arrangements under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615) of the Law of Hong Kong. Gate.HK will be applying for licences with the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong.
2. Promotion applies to individuals who opened their accounts with Gate.io on or before October 27, 2023 only.
3. Users who have already opened an account at Gate.HK prior to October 27, 2023 are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. Only individuals who sign up on or before Feburary 1st, 2024 will be eligible for this promotion.
5. Users are required to pass the account opening procedures of Gate.HK (including the acceptance of the User Agreement and Privacy Policy of Gate.HK) in order to participate in this promotion.
6. If we, Gate.HK, solicit the sale of or recommend any financial product or virtual assets to you, the financial product must be reasonably suitable for you having regard to your financial situation, investment experience, and investment objectives. No other provision of our User Agreement, terms of promotional material, or other document we may ask you to sign and no statement we may ask you to make derogates from this clause.
7. Gate.HK reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, change, or cancel this promotion at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
